JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Manager to oversee and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements within our organisation. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of compliance management, regulatory reporting, and internal audits, ideally in the engineering sector.
To ensure continual improvement through the companies existing ISO’s for Quality, Health and Safety and environmental.
This role is pivotal in safeguarding the integrity of our operations and maintaining our commitment to ethical standards.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in compliance management, preferably within the engineering sector.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory reporting requirements and internal audit processes.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
  • Relevant qualifications in finance, law, or a related field would be advantageous.
