Inventory existing policies across CHGi and the business units, then build and continuously improve a SharePoint-based policy library that employees can easily find and use. Education & Training Assist in the development, delivery, and tracking for required compliance training across all U.S. business units, including creating materials, partnering with stakeholders, and reporting completion and follow-up. Regulatory & Corporate Compliance Coordinate the annual anti-bribery compliance certification process, ensuring inputs are complete, accurate, and submitted on time. Own Chemring’s Bribery Act compliance program – serve as the go-to resource for the business units, provide guidance on due diligence expectations, and lead the development and launch of a new U.S. due diligence database. Support CHGi’s corporate insurance program by coordinating information, tracking key items (including worker’s compensation matters), and partnering with internal stakeholders and vendors as needed. Internal Audit Program Support CHGi’s internal audit program by coordinating audit schedules and activities across the U.S. business units and strengthening remediation tracking, reporting, and closure follow-through. Participate in and/or lead annual audits (as determined by the audit working group), helping drive timely planning, execution, and documented results. Partner with Chemring UK’s internal audit manager to align U.S. audit practices with Chemring UK internal audit requirements and expectations. OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS Demonstrate a culture of compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, as well as internal policies and procedures. Promote a high standard of ethical behavior, operate to a core set of values and promote a culture of honesty and integrity. Ensure the Group ethos of all employees going home safely at the end of their working day is adhered to. Ensure compliance with the Chemring Operational Framework, Code of Conduct and U.S. Code of Ethics and Business Conduct.
