Description

Responsible for executing the Controlled Substance Compliance Program’s (CSCP) analytical strategy by designing, developing, and maintaining reports and dashboards that support compliance and risk management objectives. Work closely with the Compliance Leader of Controlled Substance Analytics to implement data-driven solutions, analyze complex data sets, and provide critical insights to ensure regulatory adherence and program effectiveness within the Company.   • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field or 8+ years of relevant experience
  • 5+ years of experience in data analytics, with a strong background in report and dashboard development; experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is preferred
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., SQL, R, Python, Tableau, Power BI); experience with compliance and regulatory reporting systems is highly desirable
  • Self-directed, ability to execute projects with minimal supervision
  • Ability to comprehend complex regulations, interpret requirements, and translate into operations
  • Demonstrated success with implementation of regulatory requirements
  • Good administration and management skills; good writing and communication skills
  • Ability to direct peers, supervisors, and hourly personnel in projects to obtain and maintain compliance; ability to relate well with others and inspire good job performance
  • Demonstration of project management skills, including budgeting and scheduling
