Your role
A key member of a dynamic professional team, responsible for the delivery of a quality service, which complies with procedures and audit controls.
What you’ll be doing

Key Accountabilities

  • Act as lead SME for Regulatory compliance and the POC for all matters relating to Danish FSA obligations applicable to Corpay One (including but not limited to licencing registration and maintenance of all applicable requirements to maintain licensed registration).
  • Responsible and accountable for the submission of licensing application of CP1 to Danish FSA requirements.
  • Manage and be responsible for Data Privacy matters, where required deputise for the DPO and provide SME Data Protection and Governance advice to Corpay One businesses in accordance with current legislation.
  • Proactively identify and seek to provide risk based solutions to operational issues arising from the business’ activities, and resolve them through clear and effective engagement with internal and external parties.
  • Manage as the SME specific areas of Compliance including (but not limited to):
  • One trust and all associated Modules (Privacy Right, Data Mapping, Third Party Risk Management, PIA and DPIA automation and Policy Management.)
  • ISMS Platform management and associated tracks (Audit, Risk Management, AML Management, Regulatory governance tracker)
  • Training management (content, reporting and administration).
  • Support the Director of Compliance in the development, maintenance and testing of Business Continuity Planning.
  • Support our broader Compliance Framework through a One Corpay approach by scheduled reviews and audits including:
  1. Contractual and regulatory activity – proactively support the Director of Compliance in the implementation of Governance frameworks and ongoing compliance reviews of these.
  2. Champion the documentation and embedding of effective and for purpose policies, procedures and processes.
  3. Ensure Compliance protects and defends the business objectives whilst being fit for purpose and risk based.
  4. Work with internal and external stakeholders to collate, investigate and seek resolution of incidents experienced within the business to mitigate re-occurrence and reduce impacts.
  5. Support issuing of assurances information to support contract bids or customer inquiries.
    Essential Criteria
    Fluent spoken and written Danish and English language skills.
    Extensive knowledge, experience and understanding of Danish FSA obligations (specifically PSP and / or PI permissions).
    Able to manage stakeholders at all levels and balance compliance need with operational requirements and budgetary limitations.
    Desirable Criteria
    Knowledge and or experience of working within regulated entities in Denmark (PSP and / or PI in particular)
    Able to use skills, knowledge and experience to develop own and team members knowledge and competence in compliance activities and encourage a positive compliance culture.
    The Compliance Manager will deliver the day-to-day activities of the Compliance function within Corpay One in Denmark and where required EU to support the continual improvement objective and ensure the business is appropriately supported through organized, efficient, and controlled compliance activities.
    This is a role that will require knowledge and experience but also the ability and willingness to get involved, support the business and identify pragmatic risk based options for the business to consider and implement so flexibility and communications skills are key.
    A key member of a dynamic professional team, with responsibility for management accounting and control for the business. To contribute to internal reporting, planning and analysis.
