Crossroads Staffing is seeking a Compliance Manager for a short-term assignment (2–3 months) with a strong possibility of transitioning into a permanent position within different roles in the company.   Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
  Compensation: Bi-weekly pay; overtime after 44 hours

• Monitor incoming claims during work hours
• Distribute Emergency and General Assignments via Xactimate to Project Managers
• Manage incoming work from various channels and assign accordingly
• Set up new assignments in internal systems
• Ensure adherence to insurance program guidelines (timelines, OH&P, line items, etc.)
• Maintain accurate and timely updates in all systems
• Track job start and completion dates
• Ensure emergency assignments meet 12- or 24-hour reporting requirements
• Review and upload estimates within required timelines
• Handle email notifications from Adjusters and forward to Project Managers
• Communicate with Adjusters and internal teams regarding assignments
• Oversee program compliance and communicate updates to the team
• Generate activity and action item reports
• Ensure all required documentation is signed and properly filed
• Maintain professional conduct in all client-facing interactions
• Build positive relationships with clients, insurance partners, and vendors
• Deliver exceptional service that exceeds expectations
• Follow company safety and workplace policies
• Provide coverage for other administrative roles as needed
