About the role This is not a software QA role. This position focuses on healthcare compliance and provider QA. Candidates with backgrounds in healthcare operations, community health and care navigation are encouraged to apply. The Compliance is responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing Pear Suite’s compliance and quality programs across our provider network and SaaS customer base. This role ensures internal teams, subcontracted providers, and external partners are equipped with the knowledge, tools, and competencies to deliver high-quality, compliant, and culturally competent services. As a manager, this individual will lead the end-to-end compliance function, integrate QA and compliance into ongoing education, and establish scalable systems that ensure both regulatory adherence and operational excellence. What you'll do Quality Assurance & Compliance Oversight Partner with the Head of Operations to design and deliver training addressing audit findings, regulatory requirements, and policy updates. Monitor provider performance and documentation practices, ensuring adherence to care planning, reporting, and compliance requirements. Develop QA dashboards, reports, and documentation to measure training effectiveness and compliance outcomes. Serve as a subject matter resource for interpreting compliance standards and embedding them into day-to-day operations. Leadership & Continuous Improvement Conduct documentation reviews and identify trends tied to compliance or training gaps. Collaborate with operations, customer success, and product to align platform features and workflows. Support development of compliance dashboards, reporting, and metrics to measure program effectiveness and audit readiness. Contribute to readiness for new initiatives, state expansions, and evolving regulatory enviornments. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in compliance or quality assurance in healthcare or community-based care. Compliance Healthcare Certification strongly preferred. Strong understanding of Medicaid, CHW models, and community-based care. Strong organizational and project management skills, with ability to manage multiple priorities. Demonstrated ability to integrate compliance and quality principles into training and operational processes. Bilingual and/or experience in culturally responsive training design is a plus. Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment. The range listed above represents the full compensation band for this role. While the full band is shown, actual offers within this band are based on a candidate's experience, skills, and internal pay equity. Only a small number of candidates, typically those with highly specialized and directly relevant experience, are placed near the top of the range. Most new hires will fall below the top of the band to allow for long-term progression and growth within the role. Pear Suite is a fully remote organization so compensation may be adjusted upward for candidates residing in higher-cost labor markets. These geographic adjustments are not reflected in the posted range.
