Salary Base salary: c£41750 pa to £49100 pa depending on skills and experience. In addition, we offer flexible benefits fund of 15% which is paid on top base salary and is fully pensionable, as well as a range of competitive benefits - check them out in the Benefits section on our website.

As a Compliance Manager at HS2 you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end management of the reimbursement process for Local Planning Authorities (LPAs) across Phase 1 in relation to consenting matters under Service Level Agreements and Funding Agreements. Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with contractual agreements, fostering effective stakeholder engagement with LPAs to support them with discharging their responsibilities under the Act to provide consents for HS2 works, and maintaining and enhancing processes to ensure they remain fit for purpose and aligned with organisational objectives.
