We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Compliance Manager to join our Legal, Risk and Compliance team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in implementing the Group’s compliance frameworks and programmes, ensuring adherence to regulations, and fostering a culture of compliance across the organization. This position requires strong leadership skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with various business units. Are you someone who can: Implement and oversee the Group’s compliance frameworks and programmes in consultation with business units. Ensure adherence to organizational policies and procedures, particularly regarding regulatory and ethical standards. Conduct regular audits, design control systems, and assist in the development and implementation of company policies. Control expenditure and identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Build and maintain working relationships across teams to promote collaboration and innovation. Deliver exceptional customer experience aligned with organizational values and service standards. Provide accurate business intelligence and analysis to improve decision-making processes. Develop and implement Compliance Risk Management Plans (CRMPs) for core legislative and regulatory provisions. Monitor compliance with relevant statutory, legislative, policy, and governance requirements. Provide training on regulatory requirements and promote a culture of compliance awareness. You will be an ideal candidate if you have: LLB or BCom Law (compulsory qualification) 4 to 5 years of experience in Risk Management or Compliance. Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. In-depth knowledge of regulatory frameworks, particularly the Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services (FAIS) Act.
