Compliance Manager / Officer (iGaming) | Dubai

A rapidly growing international iGaming business is seeking an experienced Compliance Manager / Officer to join its Dubai-based team. This is a hands-on role responsible for managing the full compliance lifecycle across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring regulatory excellence while supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities:Manage and maintain gaming licences across multiple jurisdictions
Act as the primary contact for regulators and licensing authorities
Support licence applications, renewals, regulatory filings and audits
Advise stakeholders on gaming regulations, Responsible Gaming (RG) and AML requirements
Draft and maintain compliance policies, procedures and internal controls
Review marketing materials, product features and terms & conditions for regulatory compliance
Monitor regulatory developments and ensure business processes remain compliant
Provide day-to-day compliance guidance across Product, Operations and Customer Support teams

Requirements:3+ years' experience in iGaming compliance, regulatory affairs or a similar role
Strong knowledge of online gaming regulations and licensing frameworks
Experience working across multiple jurisdictions
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Commercial mindset with a pragmatic approach to compliance
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
