The positionWe're looking for a Compliance Manager to join our Risk and Compliance team, reporting to the Chief People & Risk Officer. As our enterprise partnerships grow, we're investing further in our second line and expanding our compliance capability.

Our compliance obligations span regulatory requirements under our Australian Credit Licence, contractual commitments to partners, and industry standards.

In this role you'll lead the compliance function and strengthen Tiimely's compliance management framework and programs. You'll work in close partnership with our Risk Manager and subject matter experts within the business.

• This is a hands on, highly connected role. You'll work across every function, advising and supporting leaders, while lifting compliance capability and maturity as we scale.
