Job Description: Airbus SAS is looking for a Compliance Manager (F/M) to join our Ethics & Compliance Investigations Team based in Toulouse, France. You will be part of a team developing and strengthening compliance and export control activities across the business. As a key member of the Ethics & Compliance Investigations Team, you will be involved in managing and supporting internal investigations, aiming at ensuring adherence to legal regulations, protecting Airbus integrity, and maintaining operational excellence across all Divisions and Regions. Your challenges: Reporting & Governance: Report directly to the Head of Ethics & Compliance Investigations and support the management and investigation of compliance and export control allegations received through internal and external reporting channels. Alert Management & Investigation: Assess, dispatch, and coordinate alerts received through Airbus OpenLine and other channels, ensuring effective handling and investigation in collaboration with internal stakeholders (Aviation Safety, Procurement, Corporate Audit, Finance, Security, HR, and subject matter experts). Process & Tool Optimization: Develop, refine, and continuously improve internal investigation practices, processes, and tools to enhance efficiency, consistency, and compliance with Airbus standards. Training & Awareness: Support the onboarding and training of new investigators and deliver best practices through training sessions and awareness initiatives across the function and the wider business. KPI Reporting & Communication: Draft and present monthly, quarterly, and annual KPI reports to top management, committees, and relevant stakeholders, providing insights, analysis, and recommendations. Investigation Support: Support compliance and export control investigators across Divisions and Regions to ensure adherence to Airbus internal investigation practices and provide operational assistance when required. General Support: Execute additional tasks related to compliance and export control investigations as delegated by management. Vos challenges Reporting & gouvernance : Rattaché(e) au Head of Ethics & Compliance Investigations, vous contribuez à la gestion et à l’investigation des alertes liées à la conformité et au contrôle des exportations reçues via des canaux internes et externes. Gestion des alertes et investigations : Analyser, qualifier et dispatcher les alertes reçues via Airbus OpenLine et autres canaux de signalement, et coordonner les investigations en lien avec les parties prenantes internes (Sécurité aérienne, Achats, Audit interne, Finance, Sécurité, RH et experts métiers). Optimisation des processus et outils : Développer, améliorer et harmoniser les pratiques d’enquêtes internes afin d’accroître leur efficacité et leur conformité aux standards Airbus, ainsi que piloter l’évolution des outils d’investigation. Formation et sensibilisation : Contribuer à l’onboarding et à la formation des nouveaux enquêteurs et diffuser les bonnes pratiques en matière d’enquêtes internes via des actions de formation et de sensibilisation. Reporting KPI et communication : Préparer et présenter des reportings KPI mensuels, trimestriels et annuels à destination du top management et des comités concernés, en apportant analyses et recommandations. Support aux investigations : Accompagner les enquêteurs Conformité et Contrôle des exportations au sein des Divisions et Régions afin de garantir l’application des pratiques internes Airbus. Support général : Réaliser toute autre mission liée aux enquêtes de conformité et de contrôle des exportations confiée par le management.
