Here's what you can look forward to:

• Conception, further development and monitoring of the Internal Control System (ICS) in the bank's own GRC tool as well as the bank's own Compliance Management System (CMS)
• Identification, assessment and mitigation of risks within the company
• Conducting control tests and monitoring the effectiveness of controls
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal guidelines
• Advising specialist departments on compliance and internal control system (ICS) issues
• Preparation of reports and presentations for management and stakeholders
• Support with internal and external audits
• Training of employees on internal control system (ICS) and compliance topics

We can look forward to this:

• Successfully completed studies in economics, law or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in the field of compliance, risk management, internal audit or internal control system
• Sound knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and standards (e.g. SOX, COSO, IDW PS 261/982 or IDW PS 980)
• Analytical thinking skills as well as a structured and independent work style
• Strong communication and assertiveness skills
• Experience with ICS/GRC tools is an advantage.
• Good German and English skills, both spoken and written
