Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to manage international supplier relationships, ensure product compliance with UAE regulations, and oversee the end-to-end onboarding and launch process of new products in the market. This role is crucial in aligning supply chain activities with regulatory and legal requirements for successful market entry.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or regulatory affairs, preferably in FMCG, cosmetics, healthcare, or food sectors
  • Strong knowledge of UAE regulatory bodies and compliance procedures
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficient in documentation, logistics coordination, and approval workflows

    Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month

Responsibilities
  • International Supplier & Manufacturer Coordination
  • Source and liaise with manufacturers and suppliers across global markets (India, China, Pakistan, etc.)
  • Negotiate pricing, lead times, and product specifications
  • Manage sampling, quality assurance, and bulk order execution
  • Product Onboarding & Launch Execution
  • Coordinate product onboarding with eCommerce and retail teams
  • Maintain accurate product documentation, specifications, and certifications
  • Support packaging and labeling compliance per UAE market standards
  • Regulatory Approvals & Government Liaison
  • Apply for and follow up on product approvals from relevant UAE authorities (e.g., ESMA, Dubai Municipality, MOHAP, etc.)
  • Ensure product registrations, certifications, and safety compliance are completed timely
  • Act as the main point of contact for government authorities regarding product-related legalities
  • Compliance & Legal Oversight
  • Ensure all imported products comply with UAE standards (labeling, ingredients, safety, etc.)
  • Manage the documentation for customs clearance and regulatory inspections
  • Coordinate with legal and regulatory consultants when required
