We’re looking for an experienced Compliance Manager to join our team to fill a contract role based at our North Sydney offices. Your work will cover a range of areas with a particular focus on privacy, consumer credit and financial services regulatory frameworks, including:

• Compliance Advice: Acting as a compliance SME, you will provide compliance advice to Pepper Money’s business units, including responding to ad-hoc requests and providing compliance advice and support on business projects all taking into account relevant regulatory obligations and customer experience.
• Review of marketing material: reviewing promotional, marketing materials and customer communications
• Incident Management: Assessing incidents for compliance with regulatory obligations including consumer credit and privacy requirements.
• Reporting: Contribute to the preparation of reporting to senior management and other stakeholders.
