We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Compliance Manager at the RAD Hotel Group with a strong understanding of health and safety legislation. The successful applicant will ensure the safety of our guests and employees, maintain our company’s reputation for excellence, and keep our operations running smoothly and legally compliant.

Responsibilities
  • Policy & Procedure Management: You will be responsible for the creation, implementation, and regular review of all company compliance policies and procedures, ensuring they are up-to-date with the latest legislation.
  • Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure all venues meet and exceed health and safety standards. This includes conducting regular site inspections and audits, risk assessments, and managing the documentation of all health and safety records.
  • Incident Investigation & Reporting: Act as the first point of contact for all workplace accidents and incidents. You will be responsible for conducting thorough investigations, identifying root causes, and ensuring all necessary reporting to relevant authorities and insurers is completed accurately and promptly.
  • Training & Development: Ensure effective training is delivered on various compliance topics, including general health and safety, fire safety, manual handling, first aid, pool plant testing.
  • Liaison & Relationship Management: Be the key point of contact for external stakeholders, including licensing authorities, insurance providers, and external training partners. You will manage these relationships to ensure all legal and contractual obligations are met.
  • Legal Updates: Proactively monitor changes in legislation and industry standards and effectively communicate and implement necessary adjustments across the group.
  • Travel: The role requires regular travel to our venues so a valid UK driving licence and access to your own transport are essential.
