Mō te tūranga | About the Role Join a high-impact team overseeing regulatory governance across the business. You will contribute to the delivery of second line compliance and non-financial risk activities, with a strong focus on regulatory change, disclosures, and prudential governance. This is a varied role, combining process ownership with subject matter expertise where you will partner closely with stakeholders, provide practical guidance, and translate regulator requirements into clear, workable processes. He aha tāu e mahi ai | What you’ll be doing Overseeing and executing compliance and non-financial risk processes, monitoring and reporting activities including providing Line 2 oversight and execution of regulatory change Providing clear, practical advice on regulatory obligations Conducting risk assessments and reviewing incidents Supporting governance frameworks and continuous improvement Partnering with business units to embed compliant practices Nā tāu rourou | What will you bring?
