Job Description We are looking for an experienced Compliance Manager to be the trusted advisor who keeps our business sharp, aligned, and confident when it comes to compliance. This role is all about driving continuous improvement across our enterprise-wide compliance framework. You’ll be the go-to for guidance, keeping us aligned with legislation, embedding robust processes, and making sure our teams feel empowered and equipped to meet their obligations. Snapshot of the role: Keeping our compliance framework sharp - reviewing policies, procedures and controls so they’re not only compliant but practical and effective Staying across the latest regulatory developments (FTA, CGA, Privacy, Product Safety Standards, etc.) and translating these into what they mean for our business Supporting leaders and teams to understand their responsibilities, bringing complex requirements to life through training, coaching and communication Working closely with teams like Legal, Product, Customer Care, Loss Prevention, QA, Finance, Logistics and more - you’ll be a trusted partner across the business Supporting Group-wide IP matters - from breaches and requests through to litigation support and portfolio maintenance Qualifications You’re someone who gets energy from problem-solving, building strong relationships and rolling up your sleeves when needed.
