Your tasks

• Expansion of risk governance concepts and processes, particularly within the framework of risk inventory and risk management frameworks/manuals.
• Further development and harmonization of risk governance for all units within the TARGO Deutschland financial holding group
• Participation in projects and strategic initiatives for compliant integration into risk governance as a risk manager 
• Participation in and further development of regular (risk) reporting to management and banking supervisory authorities.
• Regular coordination of the risk management framework for risk governance with the parent company

Your profile

• Completed studies in economics, law or natural sciences or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in a comparable role at a bank or in an auditing/consulting firm
• Knowledge of the relevant regulatory requirements
• Curiosity and willingness to explore new topics and prepare them for communication with internal stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical skills and a high degree of personal responsibility and reliability
• Proficient use of the MS Office suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Very good knowledge of German and English or French
