We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Compliance Officer to become part of our team. Based at our head office in Sale, you will play a vital role in supporting the company’s continued success.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

We are seeking candidates with experience in a similar role, ideally within the private rental or hospitality sector. Customer service is central to our ethos, so we value a proactive and detail-focused approach. We are looking for someone who genuinely cares about their work, supports their colleagues, and is always willing to go the extra mile.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • At least 1 year proven experience in a similar position
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills, confident engaging across all levels of the organisation
  • Ability to produce clear and concise written communications, both internally and externally
  • Effective time management and organisational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Willingness to learn and adapt through ongoing upskilling
  • Understanding of Anti-Money Laundering (AML), UK GDPR, or property industry practices (beneficial but not required)
Responsibilities
  • Gather, review, and respond to Subject Access Requests in line with data protection regulations
  • Investigate complaints thoroughly, including case reviews and meetings, with a strong focus on achieving resolutions
  • Perform compliance-sensitive administrative tasks and manage critical business communications
  • Produce and analyse MI reports
  • Conduct trend analysis and contribute proactively to risk mitigation strategies across the business
  • Support both internal and external client audits
  • Keep up to date with relevant legislation within the property industry
