We are looking for a Compliance Officer to strengthen our regulatory function across the iGaming, Marketing, and Fintech sectors. This key role ensures our operations remain fully compliant with legal, licensing, and responsible gaming requirements across multiple jurisdictions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and regulatory bodies, supporting market entry, license maintenance, and internal compliance frameworks. Location: Valencia, Spain Work Mode: Full-time on-site (5 days per week, Monday–Friday) Key Responsibilities Monitor and interpret regulatory developments across multiple jurisdictions Support license applications and market entry processes Manage communication with regulatory bodies Assist with AML/CTF and due diligence procedures Maintain and update internal compliance frameworks and policies Provide guidance to internal teams on regulatory obligations Requirements 1–2 years of experience in compliance, regulatory, or operational roles (iGaming experience preferred) Solid understanding of multi-jurisdictional regulation Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Excellent command of English; additional languages are a plus Degree in Law, Business, or Finance (certifications such as ICA/CAMS are an advantage) Perks & Location 24 working days of vacation per year 6 sick days without a doctor's note Medical insurance Birthdays, milestones and employee anniversaries celebrations Modern offices in great locations — with snacks and all the essentials Social Club with gym and more than 50 events per year Breakfasts and lunches in the office (partially on us) Language classes & tennis lessons (partially covered) Bold moves start here.
