Description
Responsible for the Following:  To assist in ensuring 100% adherence to applicable legal and social compliance requirements in all the units.  To assist in preparing checklists and formats as per the required standard.  Conduct the internal audit and follow up audit as per the schedule.  Conduct workers interview once in a year in all the units and submit the report to the management.  Preparing CAP (corrective action plan) report timely and sending reports to all the units after completion of internal audits.  Receiving CAP from the units and verifying the information for any errors.  Conducting follow-up audit onsite based on CAP report and verifying the action plan taken by the factory team.  Maintaining and updating records (checklist, audit CAP, supplier/sub-supplier information and audit reports etc.) as and when needed.  Coordination with internal teams to update status on CAP and other non-compliance issues for external audits.  Review, analyze and resolve compliance discrepancies/queries related to all facilities.  Conduct the sub-supplier/sub-contractor audit once in a year on sample basis.  Coordinating in organizing Management System related training for sub-supplier.  Submitting the data on supplier portal on time as per the requirements.  Conducting the pre-audit to the units on need basis.  Coordinating with the factory teams during the external audits.  Maintain the check-list of expiry dates of statutory license, approvals, inspection reports etc., to follow-up with the factories to ensure on time renewal.  Collecting the necessary data from the concerned department to prepare the score sheet.  Preparing the score sheet for each audit for each factory periodically.  Ensuring accuracy and transparency in score system to declare the Best Performed Factory.  Assist in conducting C-TPAT audit once in a year in C-TPAT implemented factories.
