QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:

  • A relevant degree or equivalent qualification in HR or professional membership of CIPD.
  • High proficiency in the use of MS Office suite.
  • 3-5 years of experience working in administration, including experience with computer Databases, is essential.
  • Proven track record working in data entry with high volume recruitment is a distinct advantage.
  • Possess a full clean driving licence
  • Experience of working with people with disabilities is an advantage.
  • Organisational skills with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to exercise good judgement discretion and confidentiality
  • Ability to work in cooperation with others in a team environment.
  • Fluency in verbal and written English is an essential requirement of this post.
  • Strong research skills and the ability to think strategically.
  • Excellent communications skills, including strong report writing skills
  • Ability to manage change.

TRAVEL:

The person appointed must provide his/her own car and must furnish an indemnity from Insurers in favour of the employer. Travelling expenses at the appropriate rate will be paid in respect of travel necessarily performed in the discharge of duty.

The post is based 5 days per week in either of our offices in Clarinbridge, Co Galway or Roscommon Town. The person will be responsible for ensuring compliance with HIQA regulations and those of Regulated professional bodies across the BOCSI – West Region.
