Description: CFI EGYPT FORBROKERGE AND BONDS TRADING is seeking to hire a Compliance Operations Officerto join the Compliance Department. The ideal candidate will support theimplementation of compliance procedures and ensure adherence to regulatory andinternal requirements. Main tasks and responsibilities Ensure the proper implementation of compliance instructions and follow-up with the Operations Department. Assist in reviewing and updating clients’ KYC files and ensuring they meet regulatory standards. Monitor daily transactions and identify any unusual or suspicious activities. Coordinate with Operations, Back Office, and other departments to ensure compliance controls are applied correctly. Education and Experience 1 to 2 years of experience in compliance, back office, or operations within a brokerage firm or financial institution. Very strong command of Excel and ability to work efficiently with data. High level of awareness, responsibility, and professionalism in implementing compliance instructions. Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills. Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with different departments. Ability to work under pressure and manage time efficiently. It is not required to hold a license from the Financial Regulatory Authority (FRA).
