Description

We are a leading general contractor specializing in data center construction projects. Our sites operate to strict regulatory and quality standards, and compliance is central in everything we do. We are now hiring a Compliance Officer for our project in Seinäjoki, Finland. The Role This is a hands-on, site-based role focused on ensuring day-to-day compliance with Finnish construction regulations, site requirements, and company procedures. You will work closely with site management, the HSE function, subcontractors, and workers, ensuring that compliance is properly documented, monitored, and maintained. Key Responsibilities Ensure compliance with Finnish construction regulations on site Maintain and manage compliance documentation and records Support site teams in meeting regulatory and company requirements Monitor site activities and identify compliance risks or gaps Conduct inspections and assist with audits Coordinate with subcontractors on compliance matters Ensure all required permits, documentation, and reporting are in order Promote a culture of compliance and accountability on site What We're Looking For Experience in construction, site administration, and compliance roles Strong understanding of Finnish construction practices and regulations Highly organized with strong attention to detail Comfortable working in a fast-paced site environment Practical, hands-on approach with strong problem-solving skills Willingness to manage detailed paperwork and documentation Requirements Fluency in Finnish and English (both written and spoken) Ability to work full-time on our construction site in Seinäjoki Relevant education or experience in construction, compliance, or similar What We Offer Opportunity to work on a large-scale high-profile data center projects A practical, impactful role at the core of site operations Competitive compensation Supportive and professional team environment
