  • Oversee day-to-day compliance activities and provide proactive, practical advice to employees across the regions
  • Support, educate, and train employees on compliance matters, including the effective use of templates and tools, while building a compliance culture through an ambassador network
  • Review, implement, and update compliance policies and procedures in alignment with the company’s framework
  • Manage the third-party due diligence program, including the implementation and monitoring of compliance tools
  • Track and analyze regulatory and legislative changes, providing updates on risks and revising agreements as needed
  • Collaborate with and support the General Counsel by escalating significant compliance issues when necessary
