We’re seeking a dedicated Compliance Officer to lead and support the development, implementation, and monitoring of compliance programs across financial operations. • Conduct reviews to ensure operations comply with federal and state regulations
• Develop and deliver ongoing compliance training for staff and leadership
• Interpret and communicate regulatory updates and their operational impact
• Oversee compliance with NCUA rules, Bank Secrecy Act, and Red Flags Program
• Maintain and monitor a comprehensive compliance program
• Assist with vendor due diligence, enterprise risk management, and legal requests
• Support internal audits and regulatory examinations
• File insurance claims related to fidelity bond coverage
• Collaborate with management to address compliance concerns and implement solution
