OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Compliance Officer to join our growing compliance team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our organisation adheres to all regulatory requirements and internal policies. This position involves conducting internal audits, managing compliance processes, and preparing regulatory reports. The Compliance Officer will work closely with various departments to foster a culture of compliance and mitigate risks associated with non-compliance with an emphasis on Right to Work, DBS checks & HR Compliance.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong understanding of compliance management frameworks and regulatory reporting requirements.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to conduct thorough internal audits effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills are essential for managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to communicate complex compliance issues clearly and effectively across all levels of the organisation.
• Relevant qualifications in compliance are advantageous but not mandatory.
