HG Group is looking for an exceptional Compliance Officer to join our fast-growing Healthcare Recruitment Business. HG Group is currently working towards becoming a market leader within the Healthcare Sector. Our office is located close to Romford Station. This is a full-time office-based position, starting from 8:30am to 5:30pm every day.

Responsibilities

COMPLIANCE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Offer compliance support and guidance to candidates, promoting a seamless and efficient registration process.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all compliance-related queries and provide accurate, timely information.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, including managing emails, filing, scanning, and data entry into relevant systems.
  • Escalate any compliance issues immediately to the Compliance Team Leader or Compliance Manager.
  • Arrange and coordinate mandatory training courses (online and practical) to meet client and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain and regularly review office compliance systems, ensuring records are accurate and up to date.
  • Ensure all working candidates are fully referenced according to framework/client-specific requirements, including verification of employment history, qualifications, and DBS checks.
  • Confirm the right to work in the UK for all candidates, including liaising with the UK Home Office where necessary.
  • Ensure all working candidates hold active registrations with relevant professional and regulatory bodies (e.g., NMC, HCPC).
  • Assist the Compliance Manager with the preparation and coordination of internal and external audits.
