In Luxembourg, AGAMA's rapid growth will complement and strengthen existing services, particularly in the roles of AML Compliance Officer (RC) and independent director functions. IQ-EQ sees significant synergy potential between AGAMA's teams and its operations in France and Luxembourg, due to the strong presence of Private Equity and Real Estate in AGAMA's client portfolio. Job Description Support teams with client projects in France, under the supervision of a senior or manager Help create and update standard documents (policies, procedures, tracking tables) for clients Help draft, review, and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and control frameworks Help with administrative tasks (tracking files, dashboards, reporting) Analyze compliance-related data using Excel and other tools Qualifications Master’s degree in law, finance, risk management, or similar First experience in compliance, audit, internal control, or data management Comfortable with Excel and financial data analysis (reading tables, creating and automating reports) Organized, autonomous, curious, and a team player Good writing and summarizing skills Fluent in French; professional English is appreciated Additional Information Why join us?
