Job Description Ensure the company meets all legal and regulatory requirements by developing and overseeing compliance programs. Administer compliance processes (e.g., Know Your Customer onboarding, whistleblowing hotline, investigations). Lead compliance training and awareness initiatives for staff. Conduct audits, monitor compliance, and report findings to stakeholders. Maintain and improve compliance records, liaise with regulatory bodies, and update programs as needed. Qualifications University degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field; compliance certification is a plus. 5+ years’ compliance experience, ideally in engineering, construction, or renewable energy. Fluent English required; German strongly preferred; other languages are an asset. Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills. Proficient with compliance management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
