REQUIREMENTS
Professional qualification and prior experience in a Compliance role in professional ethics advice and management.
Knowledge of specific Compliance principles and processes in personal account dealing, conflicts of interest and/or gifts and entertainment.
Good analytical skills and an ability to translate knowledge and experience into advice and recommendations.
Good working knowledge of the UK regulatory framework relating to Professional Ethics.
Excellent written and oral English skills in order to effectively communicate with individuals across the business including Compliance team members.
Computer literacy and a good knowledge of common software e.g. Microsoft Office.

JOB PURPOSE
Responsible within CIB UK as part of a small onshore and offshore team for supporting the day-to-day activities, processes and business queries in relation to Professional Ethics, dealing with stakeholders at all levels of seniority across the bank.
