Quant Greece is a Fitch-rated, independent domestic NPL servicer managing c.€10bn across all asset classes, offering coherent E2E debt management solutions to financial constituents and institutional investors in Greece. We are looking for a Compliance Officer to support the effective operation of the Compliance Framework of a regulated financial services institution, operating as a Loan and Credit Servicer under Law 5072/2023. The role contributes to ensuring ongoing compliance with applicable legal, regulatory and supervisory requirements and supports the organization’s governance, regulatory readiness and sustainable operation within a framework supervised by the Bank of Greece and other competent Supervisory Authorities. The role has the following responsibilities: Supporting compliance risk mapping, implementation and follow up of corrective actions within the regulatory and supervisory framework applicable to Servicers; Monitoring and reviewing the effective implementation of policies, standards (ISO etc.) and controls ensuring compliance with licensing, internal governance, and supervisory requirements; Supporting AML/CFT, KYC and Risk initiatives and monitoring compliance with related regulatory obligations; Ensuring timely and accurate submission of regulatory data and reports to Supervisory Authorities; Providing compliance advice on the interpretation and application of the legal and regulatory framework; Drafting, reviewing, and updating Policies and Procedures in line with applicable laws and Group requirements; Reviewing customer and third-party contracts to ensure regulatory compliance; Supporting investigations into misconduct and promoting a strong compliance culture across the organization; Working closely with Internal Audit, Risk Management, Legal, the Data Protection Officer (DPO) and external auditors within the internal governance framework; Supporting outsourcing and third-party oversight within the TPRM framework, including compliance risk assessment for critical or material outsourced activities, due diligence and periodic review of service providers; Monitoring ongoing compliance of outsourced arrangements with contractual, regulatory, and supervisory requirements and providing compliance input on outsourcing agreements, in coordination with Legal and Risk Management; Ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy. University degree (ΑΕΙ) in a relevant field; Law degree will be considered positively, especially when combined with experience in the banking or financial services sector; 5–7 years of relevant professional experience, preferably within banking, financial services, or other regulated institutions; Compliance Officer certification will be considered a strong asset; Good knowledge of the English language (written and spoken); Comfortable working in high pressure environment and on an agile delivery plan; Proficiency in MS Office.
