For our compliance department, we are looking for a Compliance Officer / Sales Partner Manager (m/f/d) in fulltime at our location in Munich or Berlin. As a Compliance Officer in our internationally operating company, you will be the global key figure responsible for onboarding and managing our sales partners, ensuring adherence to internal processes and legal requirements.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience in the field of compliance, ideally with a focus on KYC and contract management or commercial law
  • You have a degree in law or comparable professional experience
  • Sound knowledge of international compliance regulations and standards
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, conflict resolution skills and solution-oriented thinking
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English; other language skills are an advantage
  • Confident use of common Office applications and compliance software
Responsibilities
  • Conducting KYC processes for our sales partners worldwide
  • Drafting and managing sales partner contracts to ensure compliance with internal and external regulations
  • Conducting risk assessments for our sales partners to identify and mitigate compliance risks
  • Training internal teams and sales partners on compliance topics
  • Preparing compliance reports for management and shareholders
  • Collaborating closely with departments such as Legal, Sales, and Finance to ensure a holistic compliance strategy
  • Updating internal policies and procedures in line with the latest regulatory requirements and risk evaluations
  • Supporting internal investigations and audits
  • Ensuring contract compliance before payments to sales partners
