Data Fluency: Proficiency in analyzing compliance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities; adept with Microsoft tools like Sharepoint, Power BI, or Excel. Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives, timelines, and stakeholders. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven ability to work across departments and influence without authority. Communication Excellence: Clear and persuasive communicator, capable of preparing executive-level reports and presentations. Ethical Leadership: High integrity, sound judgment, and a commitment to fostering a culture of compliance and accountability. Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or certification preferred. 5+ years of experience required; experience in compliance, legal, audit, or risk management roles preferred. Experience in a publicly traded or highly regulated environment strongly preferred. Strong analytical and data visualization skills. Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated ability to lead through influence and drive cross-functional alignment. Partner with the Chief Compliance Officer to advance strategic goals and translate them into measurable operational initiatives. Design and maintain dashboards and KPIs that provide actionable insights into compliance program performance. Project manage cross-functional efforts to improve compliance processes, including risk assessments, training, policy management, and case tracking. Help prepare impactful reports and presentations for senior leadership and the Board of Directors. Manage execution of compliance training programs in collaboration with key stakeholder groups. Design and manage an effective communications campaign for the Compliance organization, initiatives, and programs Oversee global policy management process and tools (MyPolicies). Drive continuous improvement through special projects and innovation in Compliance operations.

Responsibilities
