You will be joining our Compliance Team within Asset Management, a key part of our Estates and Facilities Services. As a member of this small team, you will be contributing to maintaining a built environment which ensures a positive student experience. You will assist in delivering a comprehensive service, undertaking assigned compliance related tasks within identified timescales to ensure that Anglia Ruskin University is meeting its statutory compliance responsibilities. Ideally you will have experience of working within a large multi-site organisation and be a self-motivated, effective team player with a positive “can-do” approach. You will use your initiative to effectively evaluate priorities, with the ability to multi-task and complete tasks to deadlines. You will adopt a methodical approach to your work, ensuring that you maintain effective communication with your team members, client users, our wider staff and management.
