QUALIFICATIONS

  • TS/SCI with poly required.
  • Experience must be in relevant in programs involving the customers’ authorities .
  • The amount of experience required is based on the candidate’s qualifying degree. The Degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., legal, technical field, library science) from an accredited college or university :
  • Eight (8) years of relevant experience and a qualifying Master’s degree or J.D.

Or

  • Ten (10) years of relevant experience and a qualifying Bachelor’s degree.

Or

  • Fourteen (14) years of relevant experience without a qualifying degree.
  • Certification as a Paralegal is highly desired.
Responsibilities

Peraton is looking for a Compliance Policy Analyst Advisor to support the government customer’s Office of Compliance for Cyber and Operations. The Office of Compliance is responsible for implementing a compliance program that enables the customer’s operational mission to leverage the government customer’s mission authorities while operating in a manner compliant with laws, policies, and other guidance program. The Office of Compliance Controls is the executive agent for the Compliance Group’s requirements process. As such, Compliance Controls is responsible for coordinating the submission, review, and approval of compliance capability and service needs. The office coordinates and tracks requirements approved by the Compliance Group. The Compliance Policy Analyst Advisor will be responsible for analyzing legal and policy documents to extract key information from the documents in accordance with established guides and procedures and responsible for identifying compliance obligations in legal and policy documents in accordance with established procedures.

The selected individual will:

  • Use multiple word processing and presentation tools (e.g., MS Word, Powerpoint, Adobe Pro).
  • Use task tracking and documentation software (e.g., Confluence and JIRA).
  • Engage with customers to understand problems and determine solutions based on existing documentation and guidance.
  • Prepare reports, responses, and briefings targeted to a wide range of audiences.
  • Analyze compliance obligations to identify, design, and maintain controls, system requirements, and/or machine-readable rules that enable compliance automation.
  • Provide subject matter expertise to the development of mission compliance-related policy and guidance.
  • Create and maintain user guide documentation for analyzing legal and policy documents.
  • Demonstrate familiarity with the customers’ authorities underpinned by practical experience.
