Reports directly to Team Leader, or Delivery Optimization Manager The Compliance Process Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of all candidate compliance requirements prior to placement. This includes managing police checks, reference checks, right to work documentation, site walkthroughs (if applicable), and ensuring alignment with client, legal, and internal compliance standards. The role supports our ability to deploy talent safely and compliantly across client sites. Key Responsibilities • Coordinate and manage all candidate compliance checks including police checks, right to work (VEVO), reference checks, and required licenses or certifications • Maintain accurate compliance documentation within internal systems and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding or expiring items • Conduct or coordinate client site walkthroughs (if applicable) and to confirm compliance with workplace safety, induction, and deployment standards • Liaise with internal recruitment teams to support timely candidate deployment and adherence to client and legal compliance requirements • Provide regular reporting on compliance status, risks, and trends to the Compliance Manager • Maintain and improve compliance templates, checklists, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) • Educate and support recruiters and onboarding teams on evolving compliance requirements and expectations Key Outcomes • 100%25 of candidates placed meet internal and external compliance requirements before start date • Reduction in compliance errors and documentation gaps across onboarding processes • Efficient turnaround time for checks and deployment documentation • Strong and proactive collaboration between compliance, recruitment, and client service teams • Timely escalation of compliance risks or breaches to relevant stakeholders • Positive feedback from clients and recruiters on compliance support and accuracy Experience • Certificate or diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources, Compliance, or a related field (preferred) • Minimum 2 years’ experience in compliance coordination, onboarding, or administration (ideally within recruitment, staffing, healthcare, or labour hire industries) • Experience conducting or supporting police checks, VEVO/right to work checks, and employment reference checks • Experience working with compliance systems, ATS, or CRM platforms • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple deadlines under pressure • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Process-driven with a continuous improvement mindset • High level of discretion and commitment to confidentiality • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively across teams • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and recruitment/onboarding platforms • Travel Requirements - Occasional – Up to 10%25 On Offer We empower our people to carve their own career paths their way.
