About the Role & Team We are seeking a Compliance Product Enablement (Student Assistant) to join our Product Enablement team at our Aarhus office. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately translating legal and marketing materials from English into Spanish, ensuring clarity, consistency, and legal precision, as well as supporting the team with other ad hoc tasks as required. You’ll become part of an international, cross-office team and work closely with multiple internal departments. You will be supported through a mentor–mentee relationship with a senior compliance expert in the market you will be working with. The team values accountability, trust, and collaboration. You will report to the Head of Product Enablement and work on a day-to-day basis with the Product Enablement Operations Coordinator. What you will do Ensure that our software complies with relevant laws and regulations Translate legal documents and compliance-related content Translate marketing materials which also contain compliance-related content. Assist in developing and maintaining compliance blueprints What you bring Preferably pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree within the legal, communication, or business field Excellent writing and communication skills with an eye for detail Native in Spanish and professional fluency in English Able to work at our office in Aarhus or Copenhagen Able to work a minimum of 15 hours a week Practicalities Salary: DKK 155/hour for Bachelor’s students and DKK 175/hour for Master’s students Office location: Kannikegade 4, 8000 Aarhus Our salary levels are directly linked to our structured career framework, which includes regular performance reviews.
