We're looking for talented individuals who are passionate about our mission and share our values of commitment, respect, excellence, accountability, and collaboration.  Role Summary: We’re seeking a Compliance Project Associate to support critical compliance initiatives and keep our organization aligned with investor and industry standards. As part of the Portfolio Services team and reporting to the VP of Operational Strategies, you’ll help drive project plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure timely execution of compliance updates. You will support in maintaining policies and training programs, audits, and overseeing vendor compliance. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and skilled at problem-solving in a collaborative environment.  What You’ll Do: * Under the direction of the VP, Operational Strategies, develop and implement deadline-driven project plans, employ industry best practices related to individual projects, and schedule and manage project-related meetings to move key projects forward on strict deadlines. * Manage the progression of corporate-level compliance change management projects, including: * Monitoring and communicating updates to investor compliance requirements and creating and advancing project plans for any operational changes required. * Partnering with IT and Legal teams to identify cross-functional requirements and track resources and milestones. * Administer working group(s) as needed. * Documentation and due diligence: Manage process (with cross-functional partners) for ongoing review and edits of enterprise-level compliance materials, including policies, procedures and training materials. * Training and testing: * Assist in the creation of annual training calendar, evaluate training content for efficacy, and drive the annual completion of enterprise-level legal, investor and industry best practice trainings. * Support testing of plans, processes, etc. for compliance purposes. * Support cross-functional vendor management program operations in line with CPC and investor policies and requirements. * Support investor or other audits and other compliance requests * Perform other administrative duties, as needed. The salary range is $75,000 – $90,000, dependent on experience.
