Our Compliance team relies heavily on organisational and research skills of our Compliance Researchers who have responsibility for creating, maintaining, and acting on business-critical compliance logs and content. A significant part of your role will relate to regularly logging and reviewing large volumes of complex data. This data ensures the Compliance team can provide ongoing, accurate and up to date compliance support to our colleagues, candidates, and clients.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong organisational skills, with exceptional levels of accuracy
  • Competent in Excel, with a genuine interest in logging and analysing data

    Responsibilities

    ROLE PURPOSE STATEMENT:

    On a day-to-day basis, you’ll provide daily support to Sales and Client Services by maintaining our Global Services Register (GSR) and completing compliance reviews of Statements of Work (SOWS). Other responsibilities will include providing support with ad-hoc compliance queries, as well as researching and creating compliance content for use internally and externally.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Completing Statement of Work reviews and formatting
    • Signposting colleagues towards relevant compliance content and information
    • Maintaining and monitoring key compliance logs
    • Updating our Global Services Register
