The CRA will provide broad compliance support while temporarily flexing into BSA/AML analyst fundings to meet operation needs, including periods of heightened BSA activity such as system conversions or program enhancements. Who You Are: Ability to work with highly sensitive or confidential information. Work effectively with people at all levels within credit union. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Able to handle situations in a calm and resolute manner. Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. Ability to successfully manage and prioritize workflow. What You Will Do: Monitor member transactions and system reports to identify fraudulent activity. Support compliance reviews, audits and examinations. Prepare and assist with filing Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs), Currency Transaction Reports (CTRs), and related BSA documentation in a timely manner. Support compliance reviews, audits, and examinations by gathering documentation, performing testing and tracking corrective actions. Support increased BSA/AML workload, including system conversions, processes, changes and staffing transitions. Monitor regulatory changes and assist with implementation efforts. Required Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in business, finance, criminal justice, legal studies or a related field preferred. Prior experience in banking compliance, BSA/AML, fraud or risk management preferred. Any combination of education, training and experience which provides knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform essential job functions.
