Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Compliance & Risk Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will support the development, implementation, and oversight of our compliance and risk management programs. QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Law, Risk Management, or related field
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in a compliance, risk, internal audit, or regulatory support role, ideally within a regulated industry
  • Familiarity with compliance and risk management frameworks (e.g., ISO 31000, COSO)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel); experience with GRC tools is a plus

Responsibilities
  • Monitor, assess, and report on compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements (e.g., [GDPR, SOX, HIPAA, AML, etc. depending on industry])
  • Conduct risk assessments across departments and assist in developing risk mitigation plans
  • Assist in internal audits, control testing, and regulatory reporting
  • Investigate potential compliance breaches and support incident resolution
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of applicable laws and regulations and advise relevant stakeholders
  • Collaborate with internal teams (legal, finance, IT, HR, operations) to ensure compliance standards are embedded in day-to-day operations
  • Prepare and deliver training on compliance policies and risk awareness
  • Use tools such as Excel, Power BI, or GRC platforms to track and analyze compliance and risk data
