Description

The role requires familiarity with JIRA to understand Product Roadmap for upcoming Agile sprints/releases. The role requires participation with User Acceptance Testing of new content to ensure timely delivery of product development and improvements for the application. This ensures complete understanding of requirements prior to production onboarding. The primary responsibility of the Production Support role is to provide technical support to stakeholders through diagnosing/resolving system issues reported.
