Role Purpose To lead and oversee the Compliance Department’s day-to-day operations, ensuring SANS’s compliance framework, programs, and obligations are effectively implemented and monitored. The role supports the Compliance & Governance Manager in maintaining organizational adherence to laws, regulations, internal policies, and contractual requirements. The Compliance Section Head drives compliance awareness, conducts compliance checks, monitors key obligations, and ensures accurate reporting and communication across the organization contributing to SANS’s overall governance, transparency, and regulatory resilience.

Responsibilities

This role is responsible for leading and overseeing the Compliance Department's daily operations to ensure the effective implementation and monitoring of the organization's compliance framework and obligations. The Head drives compliance awareness, conducts checks, monitors key obligations, and ensures accurate reporting to support overall governance and regulatory resilience.
