JOB SUMMARY

The Compliance Officer plays a critical role in ensuring that our organization adheres to all regulatory requirements and internal policies. This position involves overseeing compliance management processes, particularly in relation to chemistry, manufacturing, and controls, as well as FDA regulations. The Compliance Officer will work closely with various departments to ensure that all clinical trials and research activities are conducted in accordance with applicable laws and standards.

Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and assess compliance with medicare regulations and other relevant guidelines for DME business
  • Oversee the compliance aspects of clinical trials, ensuring that all protocols are followed accurately.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments of manufacturing processes to ensure quality assurance.
  • Collaborate with project management teams to integrate compliance considerations into project planning and execution.
  • Provide training and support to staff on compliance-related topics, fostering a culture of integrity and accountability.
  • Investigate compliance issues or violations and recommend corrective actions as necessary.
  • Stay updated on industry regulations, trends, and best practices related to compliance management.
