Compliance Specialist: Responsible for completing activities to support program operating standards, implements the Quality Assurance of Performance Improvement plan (QAPI), participates in external clinical quality reviews, and maintaining NCQA accreditation.
This includes but is not limited to conducting electronic health record reviews, creating reports and analyzing data to ensure integrity, accuracy, and completeness, ensuring compliance with contractual and accreditation requirements for both participants and service vendors, supporting quality improvement initiatives, and Office of Inspector General requirements.
Must be proficient with medical record review, Microsoft Office (especially Excel and SharePoint), and strong attention to detail is essential. A minimum of 3+ years’ experience in the healthcare field is required. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Position offers a combination of onsite office and home-based office. A home office must have reliable, high-speed internet.
Full time, 40-hour position with no holidays or weekends required. Starting salary range is $56,000 to $58,000, 12+ paid holidays, generous vacation and paid sick leave.
