Boisclair Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Compliance Specialist with hands-on project-based Section 8 experience to join our team. This dynamic, full-time role also includes a variety of Assistant Property Manager responsibilities and will split time between two of our properties in Brooklyn Park, one of which is senior focused.

You’ll be a key player in ensuring compliance and supporting property operations. Responsibilities include:

• Managing Initial Certifications (IC), Interim Recertifications (IR), Terminations (TM), and other affordable housing compliance processes.
• Gathering reports and documentation to maintain compliance standards.
• Preparing resident files for monitoring reviews and audits.
• Supporting the property management team in resident services, leasing, rent collection, and general office operations.
