WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Monitor global regulatory developments for awareness and review of rules that are potentially applicable to Fiserv products and services.
  • Review rule changes in our system of record for potential impact on Fiserv and assign those rule changes out for assessment by the relevant Compliance Officers.
  • Draft policies, standards, and guidance related to CPS team program areas, including the RRM Program.
  • Assist in implementing policies and procedures and support Compliance Officers’ efforts to align with those standards.
  • Engage directly with Compliance Officers and other departments to gather information, clarify RRM issues, and promote RRM initiatives.
  • Conduct Quality Assurance reviews of Compliance Officer assessments in RRM for alignment with Program Standards.
  • Assist with projects in other program areas, including risk assessments, monitoring and testing, issue management, policy management, and compliance training, as needed.
