REQUIREMENTS:

• Qualified Lawyer
• Proven experience in Compliance is a must
• Experience working with Compliance in an international company is strongly preferred
• Strong counselling, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Mature business partner
• Strong problem solving, change management skills and Compliance mindset
• Ability to work independently and in an international team
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of EU laws and regulations related to Anti-Corruption, Trade Sanctions and Competition Law
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English

• Advise on Anti-Corruption, Trade Sanctions, Antitrust/Competition Law Compliance, Anti-Money Laundering, and Conflicts of Interests in accordance with applicable laws and company policies.
• Work closely with the regional EMEA managers as well as the local management teams to ensure Compliance aspects of the business strategy are addressed in a timely and compliant manner.
• Provide counsel and coordinate the implementation of local policies to ensure compliance with local legislation and alignment with corporate policies.
• Conducting internal investigations and Compliance Trainings.
