On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Compliance Specialist (m/f/d) for their Frankfurt am Main location, to start as soon as possible.

Our client is an established financial institution operating in a demanding regulatory environment. To strengthen their compliance team, we are looking for a dedicated individual to support them in ensuring regulatory compliance and further developing existing compliance processes.

• Ensuring compliance with regulatory and supervisory requirements

• Conducting compliance controls and monitoring activities

• Supporting the analysis and implementation of regulatory changes

• Contributing to the creation, development, and updating of internal guidelines and processes

• Conducting compliance risk analyses and control assessments

• Supporting specialist departments with compliance-related issues

• Assisting in the preparation and support of internal and external audits

• Preparing reports and documentation for relevant stakeholders

• Supporting the implementation of training and awareness measures

• Close collaboration with the risk management, legal, and internal audit departments

Requirements profile

• Successfully completed studies in economics, law, or finance, or a comparable qualification

• Initial to several years of professional experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, risk management, or financial crime

• Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the banking or financial services sector

• Analytical thinking skills and a structured and meticulous work style

• High level of initiative and a strong sense of responsibility

• Excellent communication skills and a confident demeanor when interacting with diverse stakeholders

• Team-oriented work style and high integrity

• Good knowledge of MS Office applications

• Excellent written and spoken German and good written and spoken English
